Before & After Photos
The following "before and after" photos have been digitized from the archive of Dennis Makishima. These are plants that Dennis pruned for private clients over the years, and this collection is intended to serve as an educational resource and inspiration for Aesthetic Pruning students, professionals, and the general public.
Special thanks to Winifred Wood for her generous donation to the Merritt College Aesthetic Pruning Club which has made this photo digitizing project possible; to Club members Margene Filson, Dina Blackwell, Jocelyn Cohen, Barbara Eaton, Grant Foerster, Randall Lee, Ann Owen, and Evelyn Borchert for their time and efforts in various stages of the project; to Melissa Hyams for scanning the photographs; and to Dennis Makishima for generously sharing his treasure trove of images.
